Putin Rules Out Plans To Attend G20 In India In Person: Kremlin

Russia President Vladimir Putin has ruled out plans to attend G20 summit in India in September, 2023, according to a Kremlin statement issued on Friday. Earlier, an a setback to the Russian President, the International Criminal Court (ICC) has produced an arrest warrant against Putin on charges of war crimes in Ukraine as Kremlin refuted it strongly.

According to a Reuters report, The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued an arrest warrant for President Putin accusing him of war crimes in Ukraine, something the Kremlin strongly denies. This means he risks arrest when travelling abroad.
