A significant event for startups and young entrepreneurs from Rajasthan is set to take place in Jaipur from January 4-6, as announced by Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma. This global platform aims to provide funding and mentoring opportunities. The Rajasthan DigiFest-TiE Global Summit 2026 is expected to attract over 10,000 participants, including startups, investors, and IT professionals.

The summit will feature more than 1,200 founders, CEOs, and investors from global companies. Among them are founders of over 20 unicorns and soon-to-be-unicorn startups. The event will include sectoral sessions on artificial intelligence and other emerging fields. This initiative aims to position Rajasthan as a key hub for IT and startup development.
Focus on AI and Emerging Technologies
During the summit, a Rajasthan Regional AI Impact Conference will be organised. Additionally, the state's Artificial Intelligence-Machine Learning (AI-ML) policy is scheduled for release on January 6. These initiatives highlight the state's commitment to advancing technology and innovation in the region.
Chief Minister Sharma emphasised the importance of proper arrangements for the event. He directed the Information Technology and Communication Department to ensure everything is in place. The summit could potentially facilitate investments exceeding Rs 200 crore for startups based in Rajasthan.
Policy Initiatives and Investment Opportunities
Sharma highlighted that policy initiatives over the past two years have fostered a new startup and technology ecosystem in the state. The summit is expected to further enhance this ecosystem by attracting significant investments. Startups identified under the iStart programme will benefit from one year of mentoring.
The event aims to provide a platform for networking and collaboration among various stakeholders. Participants will include educational institutions, students, and senior officials from IT and industry departments across several states. This diverse gathering is expected to foster innovation and growth in the region.
The summit's focus on funding and mentoring opportunities reflects its commitment to supporting startups. By bringing together global leaders in technology and entrepreneurship, the event seeks to create a conducive environment for growth and development in Rajasthan's startup landscape.
