Realme is all set to launch its new Realme 16 Pro series in India on January 6, and ahead of the official event, the India pricing details of both models have been leaked. The upcoming lineup will include two smartphones, Realme 16 Pro 5G and Realme 16 Pro+ 5G with the Pro+ model making a comeback after being missing from the previous generation.

Both phones are expected to go on sale via Flipkart and the Realme India website, targeting users looking for premium camera-centric smartphones.
Realme 16 Pro 5G
According to well-known tech tipster Paras Guglani, the Realme 16 Pro 5G could start just under the Rs. 32,000 mark in India.
Here's the leaked variant-wise pricing:
8GB RAM + 128GB storage: Rs. 31,999
8GB RAM + 256GB storage: Rs. 33,999
12GB RAM + 256GB storage: Rs. 36,999
This pricing places the Realme 16 Pro directly in competition with upper mid-range smartphones from other brands, especially for users who want strong camera hardware without crossing the Rs. 40,000 barrier.
Realme 16 Pro+ 5G Pricing Leak
The Realme 16 Pro+ 5G is expected to sit firmly in the premium category. As per the leak, these are the expected prices:
8GB RAM + 128GB storage: Rs. 39,999
8GB RAM + 256GB storage: Rs. 41,999
12GB RAM + 256GB storage: Rs. 44,999
If these prices hold true, the Realme 16 Pro+ model will be Realme's most expensive mainstream phone in the series, aimed at users who want top-end specs, especially in camera performance.
Pre-booking Offer: Free Backpack Worth Rs. 7,999
Adding some extra value, the tipster also revealed that offline pre-bookings may come with a free backpack worth Rs. 7,999. While this offer hasn't been officially confirmed yet, it could be a limited-time incentive for early buyers purchasing from offline retail stores.
Realme's Official Announcement
While pricing details are still unofficial, Realme has already confirmed several key features of the Realme 16 Pro series.
200MP main camera on both models: Realme says the focus this time is not just on high megapixels, but on better portrait photography with more natural-looking results.
The phone will come with the New LumaColor IMAGE system which is a new imaging system designed to improve colour accuracy and reduce over-processed photos, especially in portraits and different lighting conditions.
The company has openly stated that it is moving away from aggressive image sharpening and heavy filters, aiming for realistic skin tones and balanced colours.
The phones are designed in collaboration with renowned industrial designer Naoto Fukasawa, focusing on comfort and everyday usability.
The devices will use bio-based silicone material, along with softer curves, making the phone more comfortable to hold for long periods.
However, since prices are still leaked and not officially announced, it's best to wait until January 6 for full confirmation, specifications, and launch offers before making a final decision.
