RIL Q4 Results: The largest company in India, Reliance Industries (RIL) is less than two hours away from announcing its Q4 results for FY25. The company is live broadcasting its earnings, where management commentary, especially of Mukesh Ambani will be in focus. Here is where and what time RIL will declare its Q4 results.

Anyone can join the detailed presentation by RIL's senior leadership on the Financial and Operational Performance of Reliance for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2025.

This would begin ~2000 hours IST (Friday, 25th April 2025), post conclusion of our Board meeting and intimation to the Stock Exchanges.

Actual start of the briefing will depend on closure of the Board Meeting.

Reliance Industries Share Price:

After market hours, Reliance erased its early gains and ended at Rs 1300.05 apiece on BSE, marginally down. Its market cap stood at Rs 17,59,276.14 crore. In the trading session, Reliance had touched an intraday high of Rs 1325.25, with gains of 2% before pulling back.

Apart from Q4 results, Reliance will consider the proposal of raising funds by way of issuance of listed, secured/unsecured, redeemable non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, in one or more tranches.

Also, the company is looking to recommend a dividend on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

Last year, Reliance carried one of the biggest bonus issues of a 1:1 ratio with effect from October 28, 2024. Also, the company paid a final dividend of Rs 10 with an ex-date on August 19, 2024.

In the previous quarter, Reliance recorded a consolidated net profit of Rs 18,540 crore, which saw a growth of 7.4% YoY and 11.94% QoQ. Also, its top-line front climbed by 6.97% YoY and 3.56% QoQ to Rs 2,43,865 crore.
