1. Rs. 1.1 lakh crore loan guarantee scheme for Covid related sectors:

This includes an outlay of Rs 50000 towards the healthcare sector. This is aimed at scaling the health infra targeting under served areas.

- Guarantee cover for expansion and new projects related to health or medical infrastructure besides 8 metros.

- Guarantee coverage: 50% is earmarked for expansion and 75% for new projects

Maximum loan that will be disbursed under the scheme shall be Rs. 100 crore. Guarantee duration shall be for up to 3 years.

2. Additionally, Rs. 1.5 lakh crore has been earmarked for ECLGS scheme:

This is an extension to the earlier announced Atma Nirbhar Bharat Package in May 2020. There has been a humongous disbursal of credit as part of ECLGS.

Contact intensive sectors have already been covered. Until now Rs. 4000 crore has been to the sector thus far.

Limit of admissible guarantee scheme and loan amount proposed to be increased above existing level of 20% of outstanding on each loan.

3. Credit Guarantee Scheme to facilitate loan to 25 lakh persons through MFIs:

Here in the guarantee shall be provided to the scheduled commercial banks for loans to new or existing NBFC-MFIs or MFIs for onlending up to Rs. 1.25 lakh to 25 lakh small borrowers.

4. Relief to tourism sector:

Under the facility, personal loan or working capital shall be extended to the stakeholders in the sector to discharge liabilities as well as can commence business afresh.

The scheme will include 10,700 tourist that are recognised by Ministry of Tourism and

Travel and Tourism stakeholders (TTS) recognised by Ministry of Tourism

Loans shall be provided with 100% guarantee, up to the following limits:

5. Free Tourist visa to 5 lakh tourist till March 31, 2022:

Once issuance of Visa is started, first 5 lakh tourist visas shall be issued free of cost. the scheme shall be applicable till March 31, 2022 or till 5,00,000 visas are issued, whichever is earlier.

6. Atmanirbhar Bharat Rozgar Yojana

The scheme has been extended from 30/06/2021 to 31/03/2022

The scheme incentivizes employers to create new employment through EPFO

The government's has earmarked a sum of Rs 22,810 crore for 58.50 lakh estimated beneficiaries with monthly wages less than Rs 15,000

Benefit of Rs 902 crore given to 21.21 lakh beneficiaries of 79,577 establishments so far
Fertilizer subsidy

7.PMGKAY extended (as announced earlier):

Pradhan Mantri Gareeb Kalyan Anna Yojana has been extended due to the second wave of Covid-195 kg food grains will be freely provided to NFSA beneficiaries from May to November 2021

The total costs of this project shall be Rs 93,869 crore, taking total cost of PMGKAY to Rs 2,27,841 crore. The scheme was launched on 26th March 2020 for a period from April to June; relaunched in May 2021.

8. Public health:

The expenditure of Rs. 23,220 crore has been earmarked for 1 year for public health.

New scheme shall focus on short-term emergency preparedness with emphasis on children and paediatric care

Also ICU beds and oxygen supply at cetral, district and sub-district levels

Furthermore, availability of equipment, medicided and access to healthcare services
Aims to enhance testing capacity and diagnostics
