Remedium Lifecare Wins Rs.169 Cr Order Deal From UAE-Based Pharma Company After Stock Split

A small-cap company in the commercial services industry is Remedium Lifecare. The stock saw a better opening on the BSE today at Rs 139 per share, and during the morning trade, it was trading with an upside gap of 2.06% at Rs 134.05 per share. The firm received an export order for Rs. 69 crore from PHARMYKA GENERAL TRADING LLC, a pharmaceutical company based in the United Arab Emirates, which sparked a buying frenzy for the shares.

"Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received Export order of Rupees One Sixty Nine Crore (Rs.l69 Crore) from PHARMYKA GENERAL TRADING LLC, a Pharmaceutical Company Situated in UAE," said Remedium Lifecare in a regulatory filing.

April 2024 to March 2025 is the time period by which the order(s)/contract (s) for the supply of pharmaceutical chemicals will be executed.

The Board of Directors of Remedium Lifecare recently informed the bourses that a meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, March 07, 2024 inter alia to consider the acquisition of a manufacturing facility, near Hyderabad, producing intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry.

"We would like to inform you that Remedium Lifecare Limited has received NEW ISIN from CDSL and NSDL pursuant to Subdivision/ Stock Split of Face Value of the Equity shares from Rs. 5/-each to Re. 1/-each. Please note that the New ISIN of the Company is INE549S01036 and Subdivision/ Stock Split of Equity Shares will take effect under New ISIN," said the company in a regulatory filing on 19th February.

Listed on the BSE, Remedium Lifecare Ltd. was earlier known as Roxy Exports Limited. One of the largest portfolios of intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) is provided by the firm.
