All eyes will be set on India's richest man Mukesh Ambani on Monday who will be present at Reliance Industries' (RIL) 46th annual general meeting (AGM). Accordingly, the heavyweight stock will be in focus on BSE and NSE. The AGM will be held through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio-Visual Means ("OAVM") from 2 PM (IST) onwards on Monday.

At the AGM, RIL's Chairman & Managing Director Mukesh D Ambani will be giving his speech.

On Friday, RIL share price closed at Rs 2469.95 apiece down by 0.4% on BSE. The company continues to be the largest in India in terms of market share. As of August 25, 2023, the market cap is over Rs 16.71 lakh crore.

In the trading week that ended on August 25, RIL shares dipped by over 3.3% on the BSE.

Reliance is India's largest private sector company, with a consolidated revenue of Rs 9,74,864 crore ($118.6 billion), cash profit of Rs 1,25,951 crore ($ 15.3 billion) and net profit of Rs 73,670 crore ($9.0 billion) for the year ended March 31, 2023. RIL's activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, advanced materials and composites, renewables (solar and hydrogen), retail and digital services.
