Astral Q2 Results: The company also reported a jump of 82.9% in its Q2 FY 2023-24 at Rs 1317 crore as against Rs 720 crore declared in Q2 FY 2022-23. The leading manufacturer of CPVC pipes & fittings declared its consolidated EBITDA surged 50.7% to 2335 crore in Q2 FY 2022-23 as against Rs 1549 crore in the corresponding period of last year. Revenue from operations for quarter under consideration announced at Rs 13,630 crore, up 16.3% as against Rs 11,716 declared in the corresponding period of last fiscal.

Astral Declares Interim Dividend: According to the BSE filing of the company dated October 18, 2023, "Declared Interim Dividend for the financial year 2023-24 at the rate of Rs.1.50 per share of face value of Re.1/- each. The Record Date for determining the shareholders entitled for payment of the said Interim Divided has been fixed as 27th October, 2023. The Interim Divided shall be paid to the eligible shareholders after 27th October, 2023 within 30 days of date of declaration."
