Board of Directors of Container Corporation of India Ltd today declared a jump of 5.8% year-on-year (YoY) in its net profit at Rs 259.4 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 as against the net profit of Rs 245 crore declared in the corresponding quarter of last year. Container Corporation of India Recommends Interim Dividend: As per the BSE filing of CONCOR issued as on Aug 8, "The Board has declared an Interim Dividend for FY 2024-25 of 40% i.e. Rs.2.00 per equity share of face value of Rs.5/- each amounting to Rs.121.86 crores. The record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend, as intimated earlier will be 17.08.2024. The Interim dividend will be paid/ dispatched to the shareholders on or after 23.08.2024. The payment of dividend will be made within 30 days of its declaration."
