Ruchi Soya Gains Over 7% In Last 2 Days; Declares Dividend Of 250%

Ruchi Soya, the FMCG concern, alongside the company's financials also announced 250% dividend amounting to Rs. 5 per share.

In the release, the company said, "recommended a dividend of Rs. 5 per share on 36,19,94,853 shares of Rs. 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.

As per the latest quarterly results, the company's total income from operations rose YoY as well as sequentially to Rs. 6663.72 crore in the March ended quarter of Fy2022.
Also, while there has been reported a decline in net profit YoY, it has held more or less steady on a quarterly basis at Rs. 234.43 crore.

Since the announcement of results, the stock has been gaining and in last 2 days have made gains of over 7%. The stock on Friday settled at a price of Rs. 1120.15 per share.
