Rupee Opens At 75.33 Per US Dollar

Rupee in Tuesday's trade (July 15, 2020) opens lower at 75.33 in comparison to previous close of 75.42 per levels. This is as dollar has recovered from its multi-week lows.

The yield on 10-year government bond stood at 5.825%.

Oil in today's trade edged higher as US stockpiles reduced and there came up reports that OPEC + output cut will not be to the extent as anticipated. US Futures traded near $40.5 per barrel mark.

Corona cases as of today topped 9.3 lakh mark as fresh 30000 cases have been added in the past 24 hours.

Meanwhile tracking global markets, Indian indices are trading firm with Nifty above 10700 points, while Sensex is at 36360 points after an over 600 points decline in the previous day's trade.
