Rupee Opens Higher At 71.23

Rupee on Wednesday opened at 71.23 versus previous close of 71.33 per US dollar.
Oil has been on a declining streak since the outbreak of Corono virus in China which is seen to spread beyond to as many as 19 nations and due to it trade as well as economy is seen to be affected.

In the bond market, yield on 10-year benchmark bonds stood at 6.58%.

Meanwhile, gains in the US markets and easing concerns around the deadly virus are likely to lift Indian markets.
