Rupee Opens Higher On Weakness In Dollar; Stimulus Hopes
Rupee on April 27, 2020 opened higher at 76.14 versus previous close of 76.45 as US dollar lost ground even though it remained near 3-week high.
'In the bond market, the yield on 10-year benchmark government bonds opened at 6.13% versus its previous close of 6.16%.

There is expected a round of stimulus from the centre for small and medium enterprise to tackle the Covid 19 fall out even as some of the states may see further extension of lockdown as coronavirus cases are rising fast.
Oil in trade on Monday continue to trade weak as US inventory rises to all time high. US WTI futures were dragged 7.2% to $15.2 per barrel, while Brent was down 1.5% to $21.11 per barrel.
Meanwhile, Indian indices tracking global markets traded strong with Sensex trading close to 32,000 levels.
