Rupee Opens Flat At 74.82 Per US Dollar
Rupee in Wednesday's trade (July 29, 2020) opens at 74.82 versus previous day's close of 74.83 per US dollar. This is even as there is seen some recovery in the dollar from 2-year's low.
Yield on 10-year benchmark government bonds stood at 5.85%.
Oil price today inched higher on surprise decline in US stockpile which offset any sluggish demand outlook given the pandemic.

Brent crude was up by 24 cents, or 0.6%, at $43.46 a barrel by 0041 GMT, after dropping 0.4% on Tuesday.U.S. oil gained 14 cents, or 0.3%, to $41.18 a barrel, having dropped 1.4% in the previous session.
Meanwhile, defying Asian and US markets which are mixed, Indian indices are trading strong.
