Rupee Trades Higher At 71.63

Rupee opens the trading session on Monday with 16 paise at 71.63 in comparison to the previous close of 71.79 per US dollar.

In the bond market, yield on 10-year government bonds traded at 6.524%.

On the institutional front, FPIs emerged as net sellers in Indian markets for Rs 1008 cr, while the DIIs were net buyers to the tune of Rs 537 cr, provisional data showed.

Oil in Monday's trade was trending higher by 33 or 0.8%.

Meanwhile, Indian indices are set to open little unchanged. Nifty last ended below 11900 mark.
