Rupee Trades Unchanged At 73.46/ US Dollar

Rupee in Friday's trade (September 11, 2020) trades unchanged 73.45 versus previous day's close of 73.46 per US dollar. Yield on benchmark 10-year bond however fell sharply to 6.054% versus previous close of 6.05%.

In the previous session, rupee gained on the back of weakness in dollar and strength in equity.

Oil prices on Friday continued to hover lower as inventory increased amid weak demand due to coronavirus woes. The US crude is now below $40 per barrel mark at $37 per barrel.

The Indian equities marginally trade higher with Sensex at 38917 points, while Nifty is at 11473.
