Sagility India IPO: The company is all set to launch its Rs 2,106.60 crore IPO on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, becoming the first IPO of the current month. The bidding for anchor investors will be opened for bidding accordingly on November 4th. Proposed equity shares in the IPO will be listed on BSE and NSE.
Here are key things to know about the IPO:
1. The Rs 2,106.60 crore IPO is entirely offer for sale (OFS) where selling shareholders will offload up to 702,199,262 equity shares. The selling shareholder is Sagility B.V.
2. The price band for the IPO is fixed at the lower end of Rs 28 per share and upper end of Rs 30 per share. The face value is at Rs 10 per share. The bid lot size is 500 Equity Shares and in multiples thereof.
3. The IPO will open on November 5th and will close on November 7th of the current year. The anchor investors will be able to bid on November 4, 2024.
4. Of the total size, 75% of the issue will be allocated to Qualified Institutional Buyers ("QIBs"), while 15% of the size is going to be reserved for non-institutional investors (NII). Lastly, 10% of the offer size is kept for Retail Individual Bidders.
5.The Equity Shares that will be offered through this Red Herring Prospectus are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.
6. Book-running lead managers of the IPO are ICICI Securities, IIFL Securities, and JP Morgan. While Link Intime India is the registrar of the IPO.
7. GMP Today: As per Investor Grain, Sagility India IPO's last GMP is ₹3, last updated Nov 4th 2024 05:03 AM. With a price band of 30.00, Sagility India IPO's estimated listing price is ₹33 (cap price + today's GMP). The expected percentage gain/loss per share is 10.00%.
8. After the IPO, the next step will be the allotment of equity shares which is expected to take place on November 8, 2024. Further, the initiation of refunds and credit of shares in demat accounts will take place on November 11.
9. The listing date as of now is seen as November 12, 2024.
10. The company provides technology-enabled business solutions and services to clients in the U.S. healthcare industry. It is a pure-play healthcare-focused services provider, and its clients include Payers (U.S. health insurance companies, which finance and reimburse the cost of health services) and Providers (primarily hospitals, physicians, and diagnostic and medical devices companies).
