Actor Saif Ali Khan is in a critical state after being attacked with a knife at his residence. The incident took place when a thief broke into his Bandra home around 2 a.m. and assaulted him with a sharp weapon. Saif sustained severe injuries to his back, arms, and neck and is currently receiving treatment at Lilavati Hospital.

Mumbai police revealed that Saif engaged in a struggle with the intruder, who repeatedly attacked him. Despite having round-the-clock security, questions remain about how the thief gained entry. The motive behind the intrusion, whether theft or something else, is still under investigation.

Saif Ali Khan, known as the 10th Nawab of Pataudi, has lived a life of luxury since childhood. His father, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, was the 9th Nawab. Saif's net worth is estimated to be around ₹1200 crore, derived from films, advertisements, real estate, and businesses. He owns multiple bungalows and properties.

The Pataudi Palace alone is valued at approximately ₹800 crore. Saif had leased it to Neemrana Hotels but later repurchased it for the same amount. He personally disclosed this information.
