The newly launched Galaxy Z Fold 7 features a 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X main display with a resolution of 2640×1080 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It also includes a 3.4-inch Super AMOLED cover screen with a resolution of 720×748 pixels. Both screens are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for added durability.

The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is built to last, featuring Samsung's advanced Armor FlexHinge with a slimmer and lighter profile. Thanks to its upgraded water droplet hinge design and a newly engineered multi-rail structure, the hinge reduces visible creasing while evenly distributing stress across the fold-improving both durability and visual appeal.

The cover screen is protected by Corning® Gorilla® Glass Ceramic 2, a next-gen glass ceramic with intricately embedded crystals that enhance crack resistance without adding bulk. It offers impressive protection in an ultra-slim form factor.

The frame and hinge housing are made from Advanced Armor Aluminum, which boosts strength and hardness by 10%, making the device tougher than ever. The main display is restructured with a lightweight yet strong Titanium plate layer, and the Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG) is now 50% thicker, offering improved resilience while maintaining a sleek design.

The Galaxy Z Fold 7 runs on the all-new One UI 8, based on Android 16. This is Samsung's latest AI-powered platform designed specifically for foldable devices, offering users the most up-to-date Android experience right out of the box.

In the camera department, the device houses a dual rear camera setup featuring a 50MP wide-angle camera with OIS and a 12MP ultra-wide camera. For selfies, it comes equipped with a 10MP front camera. Powering the device is a 4,000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging, capable of charging up to 50% in just about 30 minutes.

Other features include an IP48 rating for water resistance, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, and two color options, Black and White. In terms of connectivity, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE supports 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.4.

Galaxy Z Fold 7 Price & Availability in India and US Markets

Samsung is clearly aiming to make foldables more mainstream with the Galaxy Z Fold 7, and pricing is expected to reflect that. While official Indian pricing is yet to be confirmed, global estimates put the phone around $699 to $799 USD, which would likely translate to Rs 65,000 to Rs 75,000 INR in the Indian market-significantly lower than the standard Z Flip 7.
