Sanam Teri Kasam Re-Release Box Office Collection: The Harshvardhan Rane and Mawra Hocane classic romantic cult, Sanam Teri Kasam is a blockbuster movie, becoming the highest-grossing re-release in India. That being said, Sanam Teri Kasam has even outrun some of the popular and nostalgic Bollywood movies such as the re-release collection of Sholay, Rockstar, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, and the superstar Shah Rukh Khan's some of the most loved romantic movies like Kal Ho Naa Ho, Veer-Zaara, and Devdas.

After crossing the Rs 50 crore mark, Sanam Teri Kasam is racing towards the Rs 60 crore mark.
Data available on Wikipedia revealed that Sanam Teri Kasam's re-release earned a worldwide gross of Rs 50 crore. This makes the movie the highest-grossing re-released in the Indian cinema industry.
Following its performance, Sanam Teri Kasam dethroned Tumbbad which is at the second spot with the box office of Rs 38 crore. At the third spot is Ghilli with a collection of Rs 26-32.50 crore, followed by Ranbir Kapoor; 's Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani at the fourth rank with a collection of Rs 26.25-26.75 crore.
The popular Jai and Veeru duo movie Sholay's re-release bagged a collection of Rs 13 crore, taking the fifth rank in the category. Ranbir Kapoor's Rockstar was at 6th spot with Rs 10-12 crore. Additionally, Laila Majnu at seventh rank, held a collection of Rs 9-12 crore. Murari at eighth rank, held a collection of Rs 8.52-8.90 crore. At the ninth and tenth spot were Gabbar Singh and Manichitrathazhu with collections of Rs 8.02 crore and Rs 7.50 crore.
Shah Rukh Khan's Kal Ho Naa Ho and Veer-Zaara were also in the top 15 re-released movies, with collections of Rs 5.80 crore and Rs 5 crore, holding 13th and 15th rank respectively.
On the other hand, data from Koimoi revealed that Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Devdas was mounted on a budget of 30 crore and earned 41 crore at the box office, churning out a profit of 36.67%. Meanwhile, Veer Zara registered a 50% profit on its collection of 33 crore against a budget of 22 crore. Kal Ho Naa Ho delivered a 37.8% profit on a 38.6 crore collection against a budget of 28 crore! Collectively, these films earned a profit of 40.75% against a cumulative collection of 112.6 crore on a collective investment of 80 crore! Sanam Teri Kasam is a winner!

Directors Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru have confirmed the sequel Sanam Teri Kasam 2 that could launch in 2026. However, instead of the first part's female lead Mawra Hocane, reports have stated that Shraddha Kapoor could be the lead actress in Sanam Teri Kasam 2, paired with Hardhvardhan Rane.
