Sanam Teri Kasam Re-Release Box Office Collection: The Harshvardhan Rane and Mawra Hocane's Sanam Teri Kasam has become a blockbuster hit during its re-release era. Although, slightly impacted by the release of Chavva, the tragic love story which was first released in 2016, has continued to bag notable love from fans. Now, Sanam Teri Kasam's re-release is merely Rs 5 crore away from becoming India's biggest re-release grosser, a title which is currently held by the re-release Tumbad.

As per Sacnilk's report, the film did benefit from Valentine's Day to some extent, as shows have been significantly reduced due to Chhaava. It performed much better than all other movies, scoring approximately 1.10 crores net collection on its second Friday.
Further, the Sacnilk report highlighted that the total collection of the film is approximately above Rs 27.60 crore after 8 days. Sacnilk believes that the re-release requires another less than Rs 5 crore more to become the biggest re-release grosser in India, beating last year's blockbuster Tumbbad (32 crores net).
Despite the Chhaava movie's sensational performance that has captured the attention, Sanam Teri Kasam is still expected to hit Rs 32 crore and above.

Sanam Teri Kasam's first release in 2016 witnessed a lifetime collection of Rs 9.11 crore in India. Its worldwide grossing was Rs 16.03 crore.
Despite not being part of the Rs 50 crore or Rs 100 crore club, Sanam Teri Kasam the first release was a success too compared to its overall Budget of Rs 5 crore. And the box office collection of re-releases is an added bonus to its performance.
