Can You Use UPI, Internet Banking and ATMs During Bank Holidays

Digital banking services generally continue to operate even when physical branches are closed. Customers can use UPI, mobile banking, internet banking and ATM services for routine transactions, subject to the availability and limits set by their respective banks.

However, services that specifically require a branch visit, such as certain document submissions, cash-related services or in-person verification, will have to wait until the concerned branch reopens.
