During the current turbulent time where stepping out from the home to avail banking services is not safe, SBI has recently unveiled certain banking services that customers can avail from the comfort of their home.
SBI provides contactless banking services, which customers can access by dialling 1800 112 211 or 1800 425 3800 from their registered mobile number. SBI alerted its consumers about their contactless service via a tweet that "Stay safe at home, we are there to serve you. SBI provides you a contactless service that will help you with your urgent banking needs. Call our toll-free number 1800 112 211 or 1800 425 3800."

SBI in its video post of 0.47 seconds informed its customers that "Avail following services through your registered mobile number. Call our toll-free number 1800 112 211 or 1800 425 3800." Here are some SBI banking services which SBI claims that customers can avail using the specified toll-free numbers.
- Balance and last 5 transactions at IVR.
- Balance and last 5 transactions through SMS.
- Request for blocking and reissuance of ATM Card.
- Generation of ATM/Green PIN.
- For issue of new ATM Card after blocking of old ATM Card.
