SCI Dividend 2026: PSU Stock Sets Key Record Date for Next Month; Check Payout and Ex-Dividend Date

Shares of state-owned shipping company Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) are set to trade ex-dividend this week as the PSU has fixed September 4, 2026 as the record date for its proposed final dividend of Rs 1 per equity share.

The upcoming dividend payout is subject to approval from shareholders at SCI's Annual General Meeting (AGM). If approved, the company said the dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM.

SCI Dividend 2026: Check Record Date for Ex-Dividend

For investors tracking dividend-paying stocks, September 4, 2026 will be an important date. SCI has designated the same day as the record date for identifying shareholders eligible for the proposed final dividend.

The company had also paid another interim dividend of Rs 3 per share, with November 19, 2025, as the record date. For FY25, SCI declared a final dividend of Rs 6.59 per share, with September 5, 2025, fixed as the record date. In September 2024, the company had paid a dividend of Rs 0.50 per share.
