Services Of Kotak Mahindra Bank And HDFC Bank Will Be Impacted On These Days In June; Check Details

Some of the services of Kotak Mahindra Bank and HDFC Bank will remain unavailable for a couple of hours on a few days during June 2023. The customers of HDFC Bank will not be able to view the account balances or deposit money and conduct fund transfers on June 10 and June 18 between 3 am to 6 am. On the other hand, customers of Kotak Mahindra Bank's select debit card services will be unavailable for a few hours on June 10, 2023.

In an email to the customers, HDFC Bank said that "As part of our ongoing commitment to offering you the best banking experience, we will conduct necessary system maintenance and upgrades. While we carry out these improvements, there will be a few short periods (as per details shared below) where some of our services will not be available."

It further added that the services will be unavailable for viewing account balances, fund transfers, deposits, and other payment-related services. The bank's services will also be impacted on June 4 between 3 am to 6 am.

Kotak Mahindra Bank's Debit Card, Gift Card and Spendz Card customers will not be able to access their services on June 10 for a few hours. The following services include card blocking, card controls, unblocking primary account change, delinking account linking, requesting for a new debit card or image card, registration for tokenization, card closure request, PIN re-generation and card inquiry and verification.
