The New & Renewable Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Ltd. (NREDCAP), Energy Department, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, has awarded Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd. (NSE: SERVOTECH), a prominent player in India's clean energy manufacturing sector, a Rs 73.70 crore grid-connected rooftop solar project under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.

In order to increase solar access for underprivileged communities, the project will install grid-connected rooftop solar (RTS) systems throughout the Kavali division.
For 5,886 Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) households, Servotech Renewable will carry out the design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of rooftop solar plants in various capacities. The project entails five years of thorough Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and will be carried out using a Utility-Led Aggregation (CAPEX) model.
In order to actively assist Andhra Pradesh's renewable energy strategy and contribute to long-term socioeconomic upliftment, this effort seeks to provide thousands of people with dependable, clean, and cost-effective energy.

Financially speaking, the total revenue of the company dropped by 17.75% on a stand-alone basis to Rs 102.93 crore from Rs 125.14 crore in Q1 FY26. EBITDA fell by 31.55% to Rs 9.74 crore from Rs 14.23 crore in the year-ago quarter. Gross profit fell 15.31% to Rs 22.50 crore in the quarter ended in September 2025 from Rs 26.57 crore in Q1 FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT) dropped sharply by 69.08% to Rs 3.10 crore from Rs 10.04 crore in Q1 FY26. In contrast, Profit After Tax (PAT) fell from Rs 7.55 crore in the first quarter of FY26 to Rs 2.27 crore, a 69.91% drop.
With a market valuation of Rs 2,188.44 Cr, Servotech Renewable Power System's shares closed 0.01% down on Wednesday at Rs 96.90 a share. Over the past year, Servotech Renewable's stock has had a significant drop.
After hitting its 52-week high of Rs 189.67 on December 9, 2024, the stock has more than halved in value, falling close to 49% from its peak as it touched a 52-week low of Rs 95.15 on November 19, 2025, and with the current market price at Rs 96.90, the stock is trading just marginally above its yearly bottom.
In comparison to last year's highs, investor wealth has dropped substantially, as seen by the prolonged and ongoing selling pressure.
