According to the company's BSE filing, "This is to inform you that Jyoti Structures Limited has secured a contract from Sterlite Power Transmission Limited for turnkey supply and construction of 400 KV & 220 kV Double Circuit transmission line in Goa & Karnataka. The contract is valued at Rs. 237 Crores including GST and is to be commissioned in phased manner by December 2023 and July 2024."

The current market price of the stock is Rs 17.70 apiece with an intraday gain of 3.81%. Its 52-week high is quoted at Rs 25 apiece and 52-week low at Rs 12 apiece, respectively. The company has a market capitalization of Rs 1,123.11 crore.
The shares opened at 17.65 apiece, scaled the day's high at 17.90 and day's low at
Rs 17.50.
