Shiprocket's IPO GMP today declined marginally to Rs 35 as the IPO entered its third day of subscription. Considering today's IPO GMP, Shiprocket IPO is expected to list at Rs 132 per share (the sum of the upper price band and today's IPO GMP), as per investorgain.com. Shiprocket IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 1,617.48 crores. It is a combination of a fresh issue of 9.13 crore shares aggregating to Rs 885 crores and an offer for sale (OFS) of 7.55 crore shares aggregating to Rs 731.98 crore. The IPO is expected to be listed on NSE and BSE on August 19, 2026.
The IPO is set to issue a price band at Rs 92 to Rs 97 per share. The lot size for an application is 154 shares. The minimum amount of investment required by an individual investor is Rs 14,938 , ie 154 shares based on the upper price. The issue includes a reservation of up to 1,13,636 shares for employees offered at a discount of Rs 9 to the issue price. The book-running lead manager of the IPO are Axis Capital and Kfin Tech is the registrar.
