"In continuation to our communication dated 22nd November 2023, we would like to inform you that the company has received In-principle approval letter from BSE for the proposed Bonus Issue in the ratio of 1:1 i.e 1 (One) Bonus equity share of nominal value of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each for every 1 (One) equity share of nominal value of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each held. As intimated on 22nd November 2023, the record date to determine entitlement of eligibility of shareholders for Bonus Shares shall be Friday, 01st December 2023," said Alphalogic Industries in a stock exchange filing.

In FY23, the company reported a net revenue of Rs 18.23 Cr compared to Rs 7.84 Cr in FY22. Its net expenses reached Rs 15.30 Cr in FY23 as against Rs 7.43 Cr in FY22. Alphalogic Industries booked a net profit of Rs 2.19 Cr in FY23 which was Rs 0.31 Cr in FY22. The basic EPS of the company stood at Rs 111.53 per share compared to Rs 28.84 Cr in FY22,

On July 14, 2023, shares of Alphalogic Industries Ltd. were listed flat on the BSE SME platform. The stock was listed at the issue price of the IPO, which was Rs 96 per share. The subscription window for the initial public offering (IPO) of Alphalogic Industries took place on Monday, July 3 and ended on Thursday, July 6. The company raised up to Rs 12.88 crore through the sale of 100% fresh equity issue of up to 13.42 lakh equity shares.
