Small Cap Stock Alert: Shares of Tiger Logistics (India) Limited rallied nearly 2.74% during Tuesday's intraday trading session, a day after the logistic solution provider announced that it received a compounding order issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
Tiger Logistics share price was trading 3.85% higher at Rs 28.07 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 296.77 crore at 2:50 pm on Tuesday, August 18. The stock had touched an intraday high mark of Rs 28.13 per share and an intraday low mark of Rs 26.39 per share.

Tiger Logistics Business Update
The company has received a compounding order by the RBI, Foreign Exchange Department, with respect to a contravention under the provision of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).
"We wish to inform you that the Company has received a Compounding Order issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Foreign Exchange Department, with respect to a contravention under the provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA). Disclosure under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, and the subsequent circular dated November 11, 2024, is annexed as Annexure - I," stated the firm in its BSE filing on Monday.
The company received RBI order due to non-compliance with "provisions of FEMA Notification No. 120/RB-2004 dated July 07, 2004 concerning post disinvestment valuation reporting requirement." The RBI has compounded the contravention upon payment of Rs 59,981.
According to the company, " the financial impact is likely to remain limited to the compounding amount of Rs 59,981(Fifty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-One Rupees). "There is no material impact on the operations or other activities of the Company," as per the BSE filing.
Tiger Logistics Share Price Trend
The stock opened higher on Tuesday. Its share price touched its 52-week high of Rs 56.74 per share on BSE on September 18, 2025. The stock dipped to its 52-week low of Rs 22.87 per share on March 23, 2026. It has a return on equity (ROE) of 15.3%. Its share price value has surged 4.7% in two weeks, but the stock dipped to 20.8% in three months and around 37% in one year.
