Take Solutions share price touched the 5% upper circuit at ₹27.98 on 5% after the company reported a return to profit in the March 2026 quarter. The move came as investors reacted to improved operations, fresh revenue, and the continued focus on healthcare technology and AI-led businesses.

The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹4.36 crore for the quarter ended March 2026. This compared with a net loss of ₹4.88 crore in the same quarter of FY25. Take Solutions also reported quarterly revenue of ₹54.19 crore, after having recorded no revenue in the year-ago period.

The latest earnings signalled a clear operational recovery, supported by renewed business activity in healthcare technology, artificial intelligence and digital health solutions. However, the improvement in the March quarter numbers contrasted with a weaker full-year picture, as FY26 profitability dropped sharply when compared with the previous financial year.

The share move on Thursday followed a weak near-term trend for Take Solutions share price. The stock has fallen 43% over the past month and is down 40% over the last three months. Even so, the small-cap counter remains a multibagger on a one-year basis, delivering a 180% gain.

The company also expanded activity in the broader health and wellness space through its AI-led platform Take.Health. Management regards Take.Health as a central element of the long-term digital healthcare roadmap. Alongside this, the Innovation Fund aims to help build an ecosystem of technology partners and new-age healthcare ventures.

According to management commentary, the strategy is to develop an innovation-led ecosystem while deepening capabilities in healthcare technology solutions. Commenting on FY26, Director Parmeshvar Dhangare said the year represented an important period for strengthening the company's position within healthcare technology and digital solutions businesses.
