The Surat-based consumer electronics retailer's stock opened at Rs 35.99 and climbed to an intraday high of Rs 41.64. At 3:30 PM IST, the shares were trading at Rs 38.60, up Rs 2.61 or 7.25% on the BSE.

The latest rise adds to gains seen across different time periods. Bhatia Communications shares have increased 18.81% in one week and 22.30% in two weeks. Over one month, the stock has gained 37.64%, while the three-month return stands at 50.27%.

The six-month performance has been particularly strong, with the shares rising 85.82%. On a year-to-date basis, Bhatia Communications has delivered a 66.60% gain.

For FY26, the company reported revenue including other income of Rs 595.24 crore, up from Rs 444.68 crore in FY25. Net profit also increased to Rs 16.76 crore in FY26 from Rs 13.82 crore in the previous financial year. The financial performance shows that the company has been operating at a higher revenue and profit scale, with the improvement continuing into the opening quarter of FY27.
