Solar Power Stock Alert: Shares of Fujiyama Power, parent firm of UTL Solar, will remain in focus on Monday, after the commissioning of its 2 GW power electronics manufacturing facility at Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh.
Fujiyama Power stock closed 2.72% lower at Rs 390.2 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 11,975.31 crore on Friday. The stock had touched an intraday high mark of Rs 411 per share and an intraday low mark of Rs 387.70 per share during Friday's trading session.

Fujiyama Power Business Update
Fujiyama Power commissioned 2 GW power electronics manufacturing facility in MP's Ratlam. It is expected to be a key pard of the company's large-scale greenfield manufacturing expansion project. THe development has come months after the commissioning of the 2 GW solar panel manufacturing facility in May this year.
The newly commissioned facility in Ratlam has an installed manufacturing capacity of 2 GW and it will produce a wide range of power electronics products, including solar inverters, UPS systems and other related solutions. With the commissioning of the Ratlam power electronics manufacturing facility, Fujiyama's total power electronics manufacturing capacity has increased to 4.2 GW, further strengthening its ability to capture the rapidly growing rooftop solar market, as per the BSE filing.
"The commissioning of our power electronics manufacturing facility at Ratlam represents another important milestone in Fujiyama's growth journey. As demand for rooftop solar solutions continues to grow across India, strengthening our manufacturing capabilities in power electronics enables us to deliver reliable, high quality products while improving operational efficiencies and supply chain integration. With the battery manufacturing facility also progressing as planned, the Ratlam complex will further strengthen our integrated manufacturing platform and support our long term growth strategy," stated Chairman and Joint Managing Director, Pawan Kumar Garg.
Fujiyama Power Share Price Trend
The stock closed lower on Friday. Its share price touched its 52-week high mark of Rs 411.00 per share on August 8, 2026. The stock dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 170.55 per share on March 2, 2026. The stock has delivered 36% return in three years. It has surged around 89% in six months.
