A firm that specializes in the retail and wholesale distribution of electronic products, Bhatia Communications & Retail (India) Limited, has released its financial results for the quarter that ended on June 30, 2025. The company went public in 2018 after being formed in 2008.

Bhatia Communications & Retail (India) Limited reported a steady year-on-year growth in its financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 11,154.46 lakh, up from Rs 10,481.86 lakh in the same quarter last year.
Compared to Rs 10,516.00 lakh in June 2024 quarter, total income was Rs 11,219.37 lakh in the quarter under review. While other expenses stayed relatively constant at Rs 495.95 lakh vs Rs 497.75 lakh, depreciation almost doubled to Rs 85.11 lakh from Rs 42.81 lakh.
Consequently, Q1FY26's profit before tax was Rs 477.42 lakh, marginally more than Q1FY25's profit of Rs 471.31 lakh.
Earnings per share were stable YoY at Rs 0.29, while net profit for the quarter ending in June 2025 was Rs 358.34 lakh, down from Rs 364.57 lakh in the year-ago quarter. The company maintained a healthy debt-equity ratio of 0.20, though higher than 0.09 last year.
"Pursuant to the Regulation 30 and 43 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 12th August, 2025 at 04.00 PM at the registered office of the company at 132, Dr. Ambedkar Shopping Centre, Ring Road, Surat-395002 Gujarat, has declared 1st interim dividend of Re. 0.01/- per equity share having face value of Rs. 1/- i.e (1%) to the shareholders for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend shall be paid to shareholders within the time prescribed under Companies Act, 2013," said Bhatia Communications in a stock exchange filing.
Promoters currently own a dominant 73.88% stake in Bhatia Communications & Retail (India) Ltd as of the most recent quarter, which ended in June 2025. Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPI/FII), which indicate institutional ownership, jumped from 0.08% in Q4FY25 to 0.48% in Q1FY26, while the number of these investors was constant at one. The public and retail investors possess the remaining 25.65% of the shares, which is a slight drop from 26.04% in March 2025.
