STB and Vraj Iron and Steel Set to Launch IPOs

Shree Tirupati Balajee Agro Trading Company STB and Vraj Iron and Steel have filed their preliminary papers with SEBI to raise funds through initial share sales. STBs IPO includes a fresh issuance of equity shares and an Offer For Sale by its promoter, while Vraj Iron and Steels IPO will be entirely a fresh issue.

In a significant development, Shree Tirupati Balajee Agro Trading Company (STB) and Vraj Iron and Steel have filed their preliminary papers with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to raise funds through initial public offerings (IPOs).

STB's IPO Details

STB's IPO comprises a fresh issuance of up to 1.30 crore equity shares and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of up to 36.45 lakh shares by its promoter, Binod Kumar Agarwal, as per the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP).

The net proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilized for debt repayment by the company and its subsidiaries, funding incremental working capital requirements, and general corporate purposes.

Vraj Iron and Steel's IPO Details

Vraj Iron and Steel's IPO will consist entirely of a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 171 crore. The company intends to use the IPO proceeds for funding capital expenditure at its Bilaspur facility and general corporate purposes.

Business Profiles

Madhya Pradesh-based STB is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC) jumbo bags, primarily used for hazardous goods transportation.

On the other hand, Raipur-based Vraj Iron and Steel is involved in the manufacturing of sponge iron, MS Mid Steel billets, and TMT Thermo Mechanical Treatment bars.

IPO Intermediaries

PNB Investment Services Ltd and Unistone Capital Pvt Ltd are acting as the book running lead managers for STB's IPO, while Aryaman Financial Services is the sole book running lead manager for Vraj Iron and Steel's IPO. Bigshare Services is the registrar for both IPOs.

Listing Plans

The equity shares of both companies are proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
