The June quarter earnings season has been mixed till now, as the IT sector firms announced tepid quarterly results. However, banking sector firms's strong earnings growth during the quarter firmed investors sentiment.

The Indian stock market on Tuesday, ended with minor loss. Nifty 50 ended the session 29.8 points lower at 25,060.9 points. Whereas, BSE Sensex closed 13 points lower at 82,186 points.
