Campus Activewear Shares Rally 16% On Healthy Q4
Campus Activewear shares witnessed stunning rally of 16% after recording robust Q4 results. Current market price of Campus Activewear share on BSE is Rs 290.50 per share. Campus Activewear shares soared 11% in last 1-week.
Post the earnings release, Motilal Oswal retained buy call on the stock with a target price of Rs 295. JM Financial also retained buy call on the stock, but cut the target price to Rs 295 per share.
The footwear maker's net profit soared 42.6% year-on-year to Rs 32.7 crore during the quarter and revenue jumped 4.6% YoY to Rs 364 crore. Sequentially, the bottomline of Campus Activewear rose but the topline saw a decline.

Board Of Adani Enterprises Approves Fund Raise Worth Rs 16,600 Crore Via QIP
The board of Adani Enterprises has given the green light to raise Rs 16,600 crore via the Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) route. This decision, announced on Tuesday, marks a crucial step in the conglomerate's strategy to boost its financial health and fuel its expansive ambitions across various sectors.
"We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors... has inter-alia approved raising of funds by way of issuance of such number of equity shares having face value of Re 1 each of the Company and/or other eligible securities or any combination thereof for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 16,600 crore or an equivalent amount thereof by way of qualified institutional placement (QIP) or other permissible mode in one or more tranches," stated Adani Enterprises in a regulatory filing.

Goldman Sachs And BNP Paribas Emerged As Top Buyers In ₹900 Crore Inox Wind Promoter Sale
Inox Wind Energy Ltd., a promoter entity of Inox Wind Ltd., announced on Tuesday to the exchanges that it has divested 4.5% of equity in the company through open market block deals. This transaction, valued at approximately ₹900 crore, reduces Inox Wind Energy's stake in Inox Wind to 33.83%, down from 38.43% as of the end of the March quarter. The buyers in this block deal included Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte, BNP Paribas Arbitrage, and another fund named Okoworld Okovision Classic. Goldman Sachs acquired 26 lakh shares, BNP Paribas Arbitrage acquired 16.5 lakh shares, and Okoworld Okovision Classic acquired 35 lakh shares in this transaction. On Tuesday, more than 50 lakh shares of Inox Wind were exchanged in the block deal.

CCI Approves ITC's Hotel Business Demerger Into Separate Entity
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved ITC's hotel business demerger into a distinct entity. This approval sets the stage for the separate listing of ITC Hotels' shares. Following the National Company Law Tribunal's (NCLT) directive, ITC is slated to hold a shareholder meeting on June 6, 2024, to deliberate and sanction the proposed demerger of its hotel arm.
