Spright Agro Limited has recently wrapped up deliveries of agro-commodity orders worth Rs 399 crore, a step that highlights the firm's deepening presence in high-margin agri-trading and its strengthening standing with institutional customers.

The effective execution and delivery of agricultural products totalling Rs 102 crores have been accomplished by Spright Agro Limited. This order was completed for Ahmedabad, Gujarat-based Abhaynath Tradelink Private Limited. As a part of the company's trading and bulk procurement vertical, the deal involved the delivery of a variety of agricultural commodities.
The second order, which was for the supply of agricultural commodities worth Rs 97 crores for Saize Enterprise Private Limited in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, was successfully completed. This deal demonstrated Spright Agro's strong institutional involvement and logistical execution abilities and involved the delivery of several agricultural products as part of the company's routine agri-commodity trade.
The third transaction was the successful completion of an agro-commodity order of Rs 100 crores for Laxam Commtrade Private Limited, which has its registered office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, by Spright Agro Limited. The order was carried out as part of the company's strategic focus on growing its institutional and domestic clientele and utilizing its operational capabilities in supply chain management, storage, and procurement.
In a filing with the BSE dated Tuesday, July 1, 2025, management noted that orders totalling Rs 399 crore were successfully fulfilled for customer operations in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The size of this order serves as a test of the firm's supply-chain resilience and operational bandwidth.
This achievement marks a notable turning point in the company's agri-trading division, demonstrating our dedication to on-time service and enduring client partnerships, the release quoted management as saying.
The latest developments come as Spright Agro sharpens its focus on scaling its high-margin agri-trading operations. The firm is also working to strengthen distribution networks, improve procurement processes, and boost supply-side efficiencies so that it can reach a wider mix of domestic shoppers and institutional customers.
For the year ending March 31, 2025, Spright Agro recorded a 127% year-on-year rise in revenue from core operations, reaching Rs 165.17 crore, up from Rs 72.58 crore in FY24. Net profit climbed by 68.5% over the same period, hitting Rs 19.58 crore compared with Rs 11.62 crore in the prior year.
Following a peak of Rs 44.66 on August 9, 2024, the share price plummeted to a low of Rs 2.93 on July 1, 2025. Over the past five years, Spright Agro has produced a remarkable return of more than 1,641%, yet the stock has sharply corrected, falling 88.49% in the past year and 80.95% since the start of 2025. Its current market capitalisation, according to BSE data, is Rs 317.17 crore.
