SBI
State Bank of India signed an EURO 200 million Line of Credit from EIB (European Investment Bank) on 21st December 2023 at the bank's IFSC Gift City Branch, Ahmedabad to assist climate action projects in India. The loan document will be active after receiving the necessary authorizations.

Ashok Leyland
The Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC) has placed an order with Ashok Leyland for 552 Ultra-Low Entry (ULE) Diesel Non-AC buses. With this order, Ashok Leyland and TNSTC have begun a ground-breaking partnership in support of the Tamil Nadu state government's "Mobility for All" initiative, which aims to increase access to public transit. With more than 18,477 Ashok Leyland buses in service, Ashok Leyland has been TNSTC's most popular brand. German Development Bank (KfW) financing is provided for this initiative. These buses will be delivered by Ashok Leyland starting in April 2024.
Bharti Airtel
Bharti Airtel and IntelliSmart Infrastructure Private Limited, a top supplier of digital solutions and smart metering, have established a strategic alliance that would power up to 20 million smart meters. This is the largest agreement of its kind in the nation for smart meters. As part of the AMI effort, the Government of India has set an ambitious goal to replace 250 million conventional meters with Smart meters over the next five years. With its distinctive responsibilities, Airtel IoT hopes to be a key player in achieving this government objective.
Power Grid Corporation of India
A fully owned subsidiary of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd., POWERGRID Ramgarh Transmission Limited received the contract for the implementation of the "Transmission system strengthening scheme for evacuation of power from solar energy zones in Rajasthan (8.1 GW) under phase II - Part A" through tariff-based competitive bidding. The project was fully commissioned on December 20, 2023.
MOIL
MOIL accomplished a noteworthy achievement on December 20, 2023, when production surpassed 16 lakh tonnes. This was 26% more than the previous best that was attained in 2019. RailTel Corporation
The work order for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the IPIS, emergency call arrangements in tunnels, and IPIS at stations in the Bhairabi-Sairang New Single line Section of Lumding Division, totaling Rs. 66.83 Crore (Including GST), has been received by RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. It was received from N F Railway Construction.
PVR Inox
The company declared that a three-screen multiplex has been opened in IRIS Broadway, Sector 85, Gurugram, on the Dwarka Expressway (NH-8). With 88 screens spread over 22 locations, PVR INOX will bolster its position in Haryana and keep growing in the northern region of India, where it already has 463 screens spread across 103 properties. With this introduction, PVR INOX currently runs the nation's largest multiplex network, with 1,712 screens spread across 359 locations in 113 cities (Sri Lanka and India).
WPIL
The West Bengal government's PHED has issued an order to WPIL Limited for the turnkey construction of Package I of the Northern Sector's Surface-based Water Supply Scheme, Purulia District. The project has a total estimated value of Rs. 425.35 crores and must be completed in 27 months, with three years allocated for operation and maintenance. The aforementioned order is not a related party transaction.
Lupin
