HFCL

Purchase orders of around INR 67 crores have been obtained by the company and its material subsidiary, HTL Limited, for the delivery of optical fiber cables to one of the nation's domestic telecom service providers. By April 2024, the order will be carried out.

KPI Green Energy

The company has received new orders of 4.40 MW for executing solar power projects received by M/s. Sun Drops Energia Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company under 'Captive Power Producer (CPP)' business segment of the company. In addition to the aforementioned deal, the company's CPP business has ordered more than 148 MW of solar power projects overall so far.

M&M

Layer Hybren Private Limited was incorporated in Mumbai, Maharashtra on 2nd December, 2023, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra Susten Private Limited (MSPL), which is a subsidiary of Mahindra Holdings Limited (MHL), which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. MSPL has subscribed to 2,00,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- per share, at par in Layer for Rs. 20,00,000/ and as a result of the acquisition 100% of the share capital of Layer is being held by MSPL.

Lemon Tree Hotels

The Lemon Tree Hotel in Dapoli has officially opened, according to Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. This is the group's tenth Maharashtra property. The hotel has fifty rooms, a multi-cuisine coffee shop named Citrus Café, a trendy recreational bar titled Slounge, and banquet and meeting spaces to accommodate any kind of event. Avantel

The company has received a provisional purchase order worth Rs.67.92 Crores vide mail dated December 2, 2023, from M/s. NewSpace India Limited for supply, installation and commissioning of Satcom Terminals (Xponders). The order will be executed by October 2024.

Granules India

Granules India Limited stated that its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Sildenafil for Oral Suspension, 10 mg/mL, submitted by Granules Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (GPI), a fully owned overseas subsidiary of the firm, has been approved by the US Food & Drug Administration (US FDA). It is therapeutically and bioequivalent to Viatris Specialty LLC's Revatio for Oral Suspension, 10 mg/ml, reference-listed drug (RLD). Granules now hold 63 ANDA approvals from the US FDA, comprising 2 provisional and 61 final approvals. Based on MAT Sep 2023, IQVIA/IMS Health, the current annual U.S. market for Sildenafil for Oral Suspension is over $43 million.

Deepak Nitrite

On December 2, 2023, DEEPAK PMC LIMITED (DPMCL) was established as a fully-owned subsidiary of the company. DPMCL will have an authorised and paid-up equity share capital of Rs 5 crores. Among other things, DPMCL will be offering services for project engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, management, and consultancy services.

Tata Power

The bid for the acquisition of Bikaner-III Neemrana-II Transmission Limited, a project special purpose vehicle (SPV) established by PFC Consulting Limited, a Power Finance Corporation subsidiary, was won by Tata Power. Following its successful offer in the Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) procedure, the company was awarded a letter of intent (LOI) in accordance with criteria established by the Union Ministry of Power.

The transmission project would allow for the evacuation of 7.7 GW of renewable energy from the Bikaner Complex in Rajasthan. It will be constructed on a Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) basis. The project involves building a transmission route that will run around 340 kilometres from the Neemrana II substation to the Bikaner-III pooling station. For 35 years, the company will maintain the transmission project. Once the project SPV has been handed over, the project is anticipated to be commissioned in less than 24 months, with an estimated cost of Rs 1,544 crore.

Hindustan Zinc
