IRCTC

According to the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) has given IRCTC permission to pursue long-term tenders through train clustering for a period of seven years. Additionally, the company said in a separate filing on Monday that the Rail Neer plant, which uses the PPP model and is located in Bhubaneswar, Orissa, has started commercial production as of November 17, 2023 (received on November 20, 2023). The plant has a daily output capacity of 72,000 liters.

TCS

The primary Australian securities exchange, the ASX, and the IT behemoth have reached an agreement for the provision of a cutting-edge clearing and settlement platform to cater to the Australian market. To facilitate the transition, ASX will use TCS's flagship product, TCS BaNCS for Market Infrastructure. The existing cash equity clearing and settlement platform used by ASX will be replaced by the TCS offering. The new platform is expected to be implemented in two phases and will run on a cutting-edge technological stack with TCS BaNCS for Market Infrastructure. The sub-register services and settlement depository are anticipated to be provided in the second phase, after the clearing service in the first.

Adani Enterprises

Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company (ADSTL) signed the shareholders agreement and share subscription agreement with Elbit Systems Limited, Israel (ESL) on 20th November 2023. Pursuant to the above, ESL will be subscribing 44% stake in Atharva Advanced Systems and Technologies Limited (AASTL), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of ADSTL. As per the Agreements, AASTL will issue 7857 equity shares at a price of Rs.10/- each to ESL, as per a stock exchange filing.

Jio Financial Services

The company filed its application on Tuesday for conversion from NBFC to CIC, according to guidelines by the Reserve Bank of India, which also approved the change in the company's control and shareholding pattern following the demerger of the Financial Services Business from Reliance Industries Limited into the company.

Titan Company

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) on Tuesday approved the acquisition of the entire 91,90,327 equity shares held by the Founder of CaratLane Trading Private Limited and his family members (Sellers) representing 27.18% of the total paid-up equity share capital of CaratLane on a fully diluted basis.

SBI

The country's largest lender SBI on Tuesday appointed Shri Vinay M. Tonse as Managing Director of the bank and assumed charge w.e.f. 21.11.2023. He has been entrusted with the responsibility as "Managing Director (RB & Ops)". Additionally, Shri Ashwini Kumar Tewari, Managing Director has been entrusted with new responsibility as "Managing Director (CB & Subsidiaries)", Shri Alok Kumar Choudhary, Managing Director has been entrusted with new responsibility as "Managing Director (R, C & SARG)", Shri Mahesh Kumar Sharma, Dy. Managing Director has been entrusted with new responsibility as "DMD (Transaction Banking & New Initiatives)", Shri Rana Ashutosh Kumar Singh, Dy. Managing Director has been entrusted with new responsibility as "DMD (Retail - P & RE)", and Shri Gulshan Malik, Dy. Managing Director has been entrusted with new responsibility as "DMD (CCG-I) with additional charge of DMD (CAG)", as per a stock exchange filing.

Wipro

On Tuesday, Wipro Limited and NVIDIA launched a partnership aimed at enabling healthcare organizations to leverage AI-driven strategies, products, and services to expedite the adoption of generative artificial intelligence (gen AI). To improve member experience, increase enrollment, and assist with claims adjudication, Wipro will use NVIDIA AI Enterprise software to produce AI throughout its current portfolio of healthcare solutions in the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Medicare, and Medicaid.
