Adani Global Limited, Mauritius, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, has executed a Shareholders' Agreement for acquiring a 49% stake in Adani Esyasoft Smart Solutions Limited, Abu Dhabi from Esyasoft Holding Limited, UAE.

Patanjali Foods

In Q4, the company's quarterly performance remained solid, driven by sustained results in the Food & FMCG and Edible Oil segments. The company said in a regulatory filing that during the quarter, the prices of edible oils in India remained stable and rebounded from the low levels witnessed in the previous quarter. The company continued its export sales performance from the previous quarter, exporting its products to over 20 nations. The Food & FMCG segment's sales held strong in the March quarter, with high single-digit growth and steady EBITDA margins.

Compared to around 23% in Q4 of FY23, the Food & FMCG category contributed for more than 30% of revenue from operations. The segment's contribution was significantly higher than Q1'FY24, at almost 25%, and was steady with Q3'FY24 and Q2'FY24 at about 32%.

Anand Rathi Wealth

Anand Rathi Wealth Limited said that its Jan - Mar 2024 (Q4FY24) consolidated net profit was Rs 57 Crores, up 33% from Jan - Mar 2023 (Q4FY23). Its total revenue was Rs 197 Crores, up 34% from Jan - Mar 2023 (Q4FY23). For April until March 2024 (FY:2023-24), the company recorded a consolidated net profit of Rs 226 Crores, up 34% from April through March 2023 (FY:2022-23). During the same period, total sales increased by 35% to Rs 752 Crores.

Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL)

As per a regulatory filing, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited has received Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from NFR-CONST HQ-ELECTRICAL/N.F.RLY CONSTRUCTION for commissioning of 25 kV, 50 Hz, Single Phase, AC, Electrification OHE and TSS Works of Araria - Thakurganj New line Section in connection with New Line Project of Araria - Galgalia of N.F. Railway, including associated Works and Supply, erection, modification, testing and commissioning of SCADA for the section. (106.958 RKM/ 119.27 TKM). (in EPC mode).". The cost of the work order is Rs 95,95,44,544.95/-.

Granules India

The US FDA conducted a visit to the company's Unit V plant, which is situated in Anakapally, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, between April 8 and April 12, 2024. Pre Approval Inspection (PAI) and cGMP audits for both oncology and non-oncology formulations and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) took place throughout this audit. The audit produced a zero 483 rating. This plant produces both oncology and non-oncology product formulations and APIs.

JSW Energy

Reliance Power Limited sold 45 MW of wind-based renewable energy project to JSW Renewable Energy (Coated) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JSW Neo Energy Limited and a step-down company of JSW Energy. The project is located in Jath, Sangli District, Maharashtra.

Engineers India

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for Real Time Artificial Intelligence (AI) based Monitoring for Implementing Safe Practices at Construction Sites and Progress Monitoring for clients in India and Abroad has been signed by Engineers India Limited (EIL) and Detect Technologies Private Limited. As per the Memorandum of Understanding, EIL and Detect Technologies will work together to offer Real Time Artificial Intelligence (AI) based monitoring for the purpose of applying safe practices and monitoring progress at construction sites for a range of projects that EIL is currently working on.
