Adani Enterprises

The largest wind turbine generator in India, the 5.2 MW Adani Wind, a part of Adani New Industries Limited (ANIL), announced that WindGuard GmbH has granted type certification to the equipment. Adani Wind is now allowed to begin series manufacturing for international markets thanks to the certification. The 5.2 MW WTG from Adani Wind has received worldwide recognition thanks to certification under the IEC System for Certification to Standards Relating to Equipment for Use in Renewable Energy Applications (IECRE), which confirms that the turbine complies with the highest quality and safety criteria.

Bank of India

On Wednesday, a total of Rs.2,000 crore in Basel III-compliant Tier II Bonds were issued by the bank (including Rs.1,000 crore for the basic size and Rs.1,000 crore for the Green Shoe option). The issue was oversubscribed by 3.77 times the base issue size, and the bank got a total bid from investors of Rs 3,770 crore. Additionally, the bank has decided to entertain bids for Rs 2,000 Cr at a 7.88% coupon rate.

IRCTC

The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) and IRCTC inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Wednesday to enable MSRTC's online bus booking services via IRCTC's bus booking portal/website. IRCTC will integrate the MSRTC bus ticketing APIs on its website www.bus.irctc.co.in and mobile apps after receiving the APIs from MSRTC for its online bus ticketing system.

Smt. Seema Kumar, CMD-IRCTC informed that, "the signing of the MOU between IRCTC and MSRTC is a significant milestone in enhancing passenger experience by allowing them to simplify their travel arrangements from a single point. This integration will give the passengers the advantage of seamless access of last-mile connectivity via the IRCTC Bus Booking Portal, ensuring a smooth journey."

"We are in a constant endeavour to make travelling more comfortable and convenient for the end users of IRCTC. This MoU will play an important role in allowing our patrons to plan every aspect of their travelling - Rail, Bus, Air,Sea as well as Accommodation", said Smt. Seema Kumar, CMD-IRCTC.

Larsen & Toubro

Earlier this week, Larsen & Toubro increased its share buyback price from the initial Rs 3,000 to Rs 3,200. The company had previously announced a Rs 10,000 crore share buyback and was planning to execute the tender offer buyback at a price of Rs 3,000 per share. The engineering and infrastructure firm Larsen & Toubro Ltd. said in its Letter of Offer that the equity buyback programme will begin on Monday, September 18. The buyback process will conclude on September 25. L&T plans to use a tender offer to buy back 3.12 crore shares, representing 2.22 percent of the company's outstanding equity.

Reliance Home Finance

Reliance Home Finance has been fined Rs 15 lakh by the Securities and Exchange Board of India for breaking LODR rules and failing to publish the adverse results of a forensic investigation. A fine of Rs 2 lakh, Rs 2.5 lakh, and Rs 2 lakh have been imposed on the chief executive Ravindra Sharad Sudhalkar, the company secretary and compliance officer Parul Jain, and the chief financial officer Pinkesh Shah.

Bajaj Healthcare

Bajaj Healthcare Limited (BHL) has announced that it has received the Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) from the United State Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for the Pre-approval inspection that was conducted by the USFDA at its API manufacturing facility in Savli, Vadodara, Gujarat, in November 2022.

KPI Green Energy

The company reported to stock exchanges on Wednesday that it had successfully launched a 7.80MW wind-solar hybrid power project for its client M/s. Mono Steel India Limited, Surat, under the company's "Captive Power Producer (CPP)" business segment and the Gujarat Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Policy 2018. The project included 4.20MW wind through KPI Green Energy Limited and 3.60MWdc solar capacity through its wholly owned subsidiary KPIG Energia Private Limited.

NBCC

NBCC has secured an order from SAIL (Bokaro Steel Plant) worth Rs 180 Cr for consultancy & project management services for upcoming infrastructural-related projects of Bokaro Steel Limited Plant, township, Mines & Collieries.

IRB Infrastructure Developers

On a private placement basis, Meerut Budaun Expressway Limited ("MBEL"), also known as Ganga Expressway Project SPV, a subsidiary of the company, issued unlisted, unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures ("NCDs") totalling INR 271.72 Crore to the company and a GIC affiliate on September 13, 2023. The amount provided by the Company and the GIC subsidiary is INR 138.58 crore and INR 133.14 crore, respectively.
