PVR INOX announced the launch of Bengaluru's largest cinema at Phoenix Mall of Asia and its largest cinema in South. Three premium formats are available at Bengaluru's largest and most upscale mall: MX4D, ScreenX, and Insignia. The 14-screen Megaplex is housed in this establishment. Additionally, PVR INOX unveils ScreenX, South India's first 270-degree cinema experience, and the first MX4D, an immersive 4D movie experience. With 219 screens spread over 37 theatres in the state of Karnataka and 172 screens in 26 theatres in Bengaluru, the new theatre will strengthen PVR INOX's position in both regions. The firm expanded its footprint in South India to encompass 100 venues and 572 screens.

TVS Supply Chain Solutions

Achieving 500,000 CKD (Complete Knock-Down) kits for its customer, TVS Motor Company, marked a milestone that TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited announced. This was accomplished in the Hosur-based specialised warehousing facility of TVS SCS.

Maharashtra Seamless

The company has received orders with basic value of Rs. 674 crores approx. from ONGC Ltd. for the supply of casing seamless pipes.

Larsen & Toubro

The divestment of L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited (LTIDPL), a joint venture between Larsen & Toubro Limited and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments) with 51% and 49% of the shares, respectively, has been completed, as stated by Larsen & Toubro (L&T). M/s Epic Concesiones Private Limited, an investor managed by Edelweiss Infrastructure Yield Plus Strategy company Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors Limited (EAAA), acquired both the 51 per cent stake in L&T and the 49 per cent stake in CPP Investments.

Dalmia Bharat

The Assistant Commissioner, Central GST & Central Excise, Division II, Bokaro, has issued an order of Rs. 28,500 to Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited ("DCBL"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, demanding service tax on a reverse charge basis for the financial year 2016-17 under Section 73(2) of the Finance Act, 2004, along with interest and penalty.

Shalby

On April 11, 2024, Shalby Advanced Technologies, Inc., USA (the company's step-down subsidiary) formed its wholly-owned subsidiary in India under the name and brand "Shalby Advanced Technologies India Private Limited."

Vodafone Idea

A decision has been taken by the Board of Directors to approve, adopt, and file the red herring prospectus (RHP) dated April 11, 2024, with the Gujarat Registrar of Companies in Ahmedabad. This is in relation to the upcoming public offering of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 18,000 crore. The issue will open on 18 April 2024 and close on 22 April 2024 and the anchor investor bid period will open on 16 April 2024.
