Suzlon Energy Q2 Result: Suzlon Energy Limited, on Tuesday, November 4, reported a strong 539% year-on-year surge in consolidated net profit (attributable to owners of the company) to Rs 1,279.44 crore during the quarter ending September 30. The upbeat Q2 result was driven by both strong operational execution and a significant deferred tax credit.
Suzlon Energy share price was trading 2.57% higher at Rs 60.76% per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 83,355.37 crore at 12:30 pm. The stock had touched an intraday high mark of Rs 61.39 per share.

Suzlon Energy had reported a consolidated profit (attributable to shareholders of the company) of Rs 1,279.44 crore in Q2FY26 against Rs 200.20 crore reported in the year-ago period. The company had posted a profit of Rs 324.32 crore in Q1FY26. Company's net consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 3,865.54 crore, and the total income stood at Rs 3,897.33 crore.
The massive surge in net profit was due to the company's incremental deferred tax assets of Rs 717 crore during the quarter under review. The surge in revenue was driven by highest-ever Q2 India wind turbine deliveries of 565 MW. It was sharply higher than 256 MW in the same period a year-ago. Suzlon Energy's EBITDA jumped to Rs 721 crore from Rs 294 crore.
Suzlon Energy Q2 Result: Segment Wise Revenue
Suzlon Energy reported a strong revenue growth of Rs 3,240. 56 crore in Q2FY26 against Rs 1,507.07 in the corresponding period. Whereas, revenue in the 'Fond and Forging' sector jumped to Rs 120.80 crore, and revenue in operations and maintenance service increased to Rs 575.01 crore.
The company reported strong order flow with order book above 6.2 GW at the end of September. Suzlon Energy's net cash position for the quarter stood at Rs 1,480 crore. The company had reported a net profit of Rs 347.35 crore in Q1FY26. Whereas, the net revenue stood at Rs 2,847.60 crore in the June quarter. Whereas, earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs 0.25.
Suzlon Energy Share Price Trend
Suzlon Energy shares were trading higher on Tuesday. The stock had touched a 52-week high mark of Rs 74.30 per share on BSE on 30 May, 2025. Whereas, the stock had dipped to its 52- week low mark of Rs 46 per share on 7 April, 2025. Suzlon Energy share price valuation has declined around 6.89% since the beginning of the year 2025. Whereas, its valuation has increased over 11.67% in one month.
