TARIL Q4 Results FY26: Profit Rises 9% QoQ, Dividend Announced; Stock Surges 4%

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited (TARIL) has reported a good performance for Q4 FY26, with growth in revenue and profit on a sequential basis, while year-on-year profit remained largely flat. TARIL Q4 FY26 Earnings

TARIL reported a 6.83% QoQ growth in revenue from operations which stood at Rs. 752.33 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to Rs. 704.21 crore in Q3 FY26 and on a YoY basis it jumped 16.22%.

Total income for the quarter stood at Rs. 774.75 crore, rising 9.14% from Rs. 709.87 crore in Q3 and surged 18.24% YoY growth in the year-ago period. me and improved execution.

If we talk about the profitability, profit before tax came in at Rs. 99.02 crore, up 3.18% from Rs. 95.97 crore in Q3 FY26 and .48% YoY from Rs. 92.13 crore in Q4 FY25.

However, net profit (PAT) 9.06% QoQ stood at Rs. 77.47 crore in Q4 compared to Rs. 71.03 crore in the previous quarter and only a marginal 1.15% YoY jump in the same quarter last year.

Earnings per share (EPS) increased 8.86% QoQ and for Q4 FY26 came in at Rs. 2.58, compared to Rs. 2.37 in Q3 FY26.

Cost Pressures Impact Margins

The company's total expenses rose by 10.07% QoQ to Rs. 675.73 crore, up from Rs. 613.90 crore in Q3 FY26 and Rs. 563.12 crore in Q4 FY25.

Full-Year FY26 Performance

For the full financial year FY26, TARIL reported Revenue from operations: at Rs. 2,395.49 crore, Total income at Rs. 2,452.34 crore, Profit before tax at Rs. 301.84 crore and Net profit at Rs. 225.43 crore.

Final Dividend Announced

Along with the Q4FY26 results, TARIL board has also announced a final dividend of 25%, which comes to Re. 0.25 per equity share of Re. 1 each. The dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
