Tata Communications Share Price Today: Shares of Tata Communications surged significantly on Wednesday after brokerage Macquarie presented its bullish outlook for the stock. The Tata Group stock is likely to double in valuation in three years, reported CNBC-TV 18 on Wednesday citing Macquarie's report.
Tata Communications shares were trading 1.78% higher at Rs 1759.15 per share on BSE on Wednesday at 10 am. Its market capitalisation stood at Rs 50,135.78 crore. The stock surged around 4% during the pre-market opening session.

Tata Communications stock has opened higher at Rs 1780.05 apiece on BSE on Wednesday and touched an intraday high mark of Rs 1795 per share.
In a contrasting opinion about Tata Communications' growth outlook, Motilal Oswal in its report had earlier indicated that the company management's expectation of "returning to 23-25% EBITDA range over the medium term remains a tall ask and build in a more gradual margin expansion to ~22% by FY28."
"We currently model a ~12% CAGR in digital revenue over FY25-28 and expect digital to account for ~51% of TCOM's data revenue by FY28 (vs. ~48% in 4QFY25). An acceleration in digital revenue remains key for re-rating. Our earnings estimates are unchanged. We believe TCOM would still fall short of its ambition of reaching INR280b in data revenue in FY28 without further acquisitions," noted Motilal Oswal in its report.
Tata Communications Share Price Target
Tata Communications' share price value is likely to double in three years in a bull case, reported CNBC TV-18, citing Macquarie's report. The brokerage has fixed the Tata Communications share price target at Rs 2,300 apiece.
Tata Communications has enabled digital transformation via leveraging pipeline networks. However, Tata Communications. One of the key risks for the Tata Group stock is that its return on earnings (RoE) has fallen from an average 16% during FY 22-23 to nearly 10.9% in FY25, added CNBC TV-18 in its report.

Tata Communications stock surged significantly and opened higher at Rs 1780.05 per share on BSE. The stock value had surged around 2.17% since the beginning of year 2025. The stock value has increased around 10.48% in three months. The stock value has declined by 6.69% in one year.
Tata Communications shares touched their 52-week high mark of Rs 2,175 apiece on 3 October, 2024. Whereas, the stock value had dipped to a 52-week low mark of Rs 1,293 on 4 March, 2025.
