Thiruvananthapuram, Jan 9: Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan is set to inaugurate a massive 1.5 million square feet office space at the renowned Technopark IT hub in Thiruvananthapuram on Wednesday. Named "Niagara," this newly constructed office space promises to transform the city's skyline and attract new companies to the IT hub.

Niagara is part of an ambitious mixed-use development project spanning 5 million square feet in downtown Trivandrum. This project envisions a mall, a non-SEZ office building, a residential development, and a business hotel, all contributing to the city's growth and vibrancy.

The 13-story tall Niagara office building boasts an impressive seven floors dedicated to parking, accommodating approximately 1,350 car parks. With a total leasable area of 1 million square feet, 85% of the space leasing has already been completed.
