Can Fin Homes Ltd. in an exchange filing informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. December 14, 2021, Tuesday had inter-alia considered and declared an 'Interim Dividend' of 'Rs.1.50 per equity share' of face value Rs.2/- each for the financial year 2021-22. In respect of the same, 'December 24, 2021, Friday/ has been fixed as the 'Record Date' to determine the list of eligible members for the payment of Interim Dividend.

"The aforesaid Interim Dividend shall be credited before December 31, 2021, Friday", added the filing. Considering the announced dividend and the last traded price of the stock of Rs. 598.5, the dividend yield turns out to be barely 0.25%
