The Board of Directors "approved an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2025-26 of Rs. 130/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each; and fixed Monday, November 3, 2025 as the Record Date for the purpose of said Interim Dividend; decided that the Interim Dividend be paid on or before Saturday, November 15, 2025 to the Shareholders whose names appear on the list of members of the Company as at the close of business on Monday, November 3, 2025," said Oracle Financial Services Software in a stock exchange filing.

Oracle Financial Services Software's net profit declined by 5.47% to Rs 546.10 crore in the September 2025 quarter, compared to Rs 577.70 crore in the September 2024 quarter. Compared to the year-ago quarter, which ended in September 2024, when sales were Rs 1673.90 crore, sales in the quarter ending in September 2025 climbed 6.86% to Rs 1788.80 crore. EBITDA dropped 3.94% from Rs. 855.20 crore in Q2FY25 to Rs. 821.50 crore in Q2FY26.
"After the usually strong first quarter of the financial year, we are happy to see the continuing momentum," said Makarand Padalkar, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Oracle Financial Services Software. "Year over year, revenue for the half year grew 7% and operating income by 1%. We have a robust deal pipeline, validating the continued relevance of our offerings to global financial institutions as they transform into intelligent enterprises in the digital world," commented Makarand Padalkar.
"We maintained the focus on delivering a strong operating performance with operating margins for the half-year of 43% and net margin of 33%," said Avadhut Ketkar, Chief Financial Officer, Oracle Financial Services Software. "Our Remaining Performance Obligations as of September 30, 2025, are Rs. 6,349 Crore. Our healthy balance sheet position and operational excellence gives us confidence," Avadhut Ketkar further added.

The stock remains above major moving averages, indicating underlying strength.
